Sign into your profile page using your username and password.
In the right hand column of your profile page in the box titled "My Profile" click on "Upload Media."
From the "Select a Profile" drop down, select which profile you would like to add your pictures, music or video to. Note: you can customize each profile with different photos, videos and music.
In the box "Select Files for Upload" click on the browse button.
Select browse to search for your files from your computer. NOTE: only certain files can be uploaded. See below for details.
Once you've selected which file you'd like to upload, fill in the "title" (e.g. Jeff's Slap shot") and "description" (e.g. Jeff's Game Winning Slap Shot at State Finals).
Click on the "Upload" button. Depending on the file size, it should upload quickly.
For music and videos you can check the "Auto Start" box in order for the music or video to automatically start playing when someone opens your page.
The following file types are acceptable: .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, and .jpe files.
